About the role
  • AXA Health is AXA's health and wellbeing specialist in the UK. We're looking for talented individuals to support the Customer Experience, Marketing & Operations team.

As a Communications Developer, your role involves creating, developing, and amending communications and templates with a focus on testing, technical documentation, and version control.


At AXA, we prioritize work-life balance, allowing our team to split their time between home and the office based on their preferences and team needs.

You'll spend at least 40% of your week away from home, working at office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events.


We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements like part-time or condensed hours for better work-life integration.


What you'll be doing:
  • Communication Development including configuration, creation, testing, and analysis.
  • Complete analysis work on document sets, develop new documents, and amend existing communications.
  • Implement robust test process and technical documentation, ensuring sign-off for the work.
  • Assist in managing service requests and responding to incidents and regulatory matters.
  • Work as an expert on designated projects representing the Customer Experience, Marketing & Operations team.
  • Ensure compliance and security processes are followed for approved and maintained development work.
  • Act as a key point of contact for addressing issues and supporting escalations.
  • Build strong relationships across departments for effective delivery.
  • Mitigate delivery risks and undertake document configuration through scenario planning.

About you
  • Experience in technical document development, customer communications, and process fulfillment.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements for documents and implement solutions.
  • Work experience with Marketing, Change, IT areas, and prioritization of change requests.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects successfully to meet deadlines.
  • Confident in issue resolution and following business processes and QA.
  • Passionate about using insights to drive change and innovation.
  • Significant experience in campaign, new product launch, and marketing communications.
  • Developer experience across Financial Services, Health, and Wellbeing activities.


Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is a precondition for this role.
