As part of UKTC's continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will involve creating and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing key staff within the marketing team, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales processes through our CRM.

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in organizing and attending events and will regularly collaborate with the executive management team and our external Marketing Business Partners.

This is a rare opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and strong organisational skills to make a lasting impact on our brand.

Please note: This role is 80% office-based - the ability to commit to travelling into our office is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the executive management team.
  • Manage project-based budgets efficiently.
  • Provide line management for key staff within the marketing team.
  • Organize and attend industry events to promote our brand and services.
  • Become an expert in our CRM, ensuring marketing processes align seamlessly with sales processes.
  • Regularly interact with other members of the organization to foster a cohesive marketing approach.
  • Work closely with our external Marketing Business Partners to coordinate marketing initiatives.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • BA Hons degree in Marketing (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot is essential.
  • Proven track record of creating content and copywriting that engages audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to write detailed briefs for complex work.
