Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing client, a laundry service working with a variety of large organisations in many different markets. The successful candidate will be provided with a company car as part of their package.

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the site on a day-to-day basis
  • Overseeing site security and cleanliness
  • Ensuring the standards and KPIs set by the company are met
  • Completing all relevant paperwork in line with company procedures

The ideal Operations Manager will be:

  • Experienced from working within an operations environment that demonstrates the capability to build, lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of transport and warehousing functions
  • An excellent communicator
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office packages (advantageous)
