This new role for a Capital Allowances Commercial Executive, is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans.


For this role we require individuals who are very money motivated and have a hunger to excel within their careers in a fast-paced environment.


The expectations of the role are as follows:

  • Proactively target suitable prospects and qualify them against our criteria for client onboarding
  • Actively source new opportunities for business development
  • Build a network of referral partners from which to develop client opportunities
  • Maintain exceptional client focused relationships
  • Being highly commercially minded and astute, keeping abreast of all relevant updates within the industry and offering full credibility to clients at all tiimes
  • You will have full autonomy for your work and must have the gravitas and charisma to build your own portfolio. RCK has a higher performance culture and as such you should be able to perform under pressure in a very competitive environment.
  • Successful and demonstrable sales background, ideally within the property sector (estate agency/property management etc)
  • Educated to degree level (degree in Real Estate would be desirable, but not essential)
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of success within a high pressure sales environment
  • Proficient in MS Office


The package on offer is a basic salary of £35k plus a commission scheme which pays out at 5% of generated revenue plus an end of year bonus, again pegged to delivery.

Commission and bonuses are uncapped.

Fringe benefits are also above market rate; holiday entitlement is 25 days per year with an additional day awarded for your birthday.


Holiday entitlement will increase by 2 days after 2 years and 1 day per annum of service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days.

After passing probation the role holder will qualify for the gold standard company life insurance and heath insurance policies. Company pension contributions are 5%.

You'll be based in our brand new offices in the City of London.
