Do you have experience in providing high quality Student Records management within a busy fast paced Higher Education setting? Are you a good communicator with exceptional organisational skills? Signature Recruitment has an opportunity for a temporary full-time Student Records Manager to join our client, a higher education establishment in London.

This is a temporary full-time role with an immediate start for a six to eight-week contract. The position is initially campus based however, after training, it may become a hybrid role. The post holder will need to be flexible with working arrangements.

As a Student Records Manager, you will provide a high level of service within the department supporting the efficient administration of the PhD programme. You will be responding to emails, triaging as appropriate and escalating information requests when needed. The post holder will have good IT skills with experience using SITs to enter data. As a strong communicator, you will be able to help students and colleagues confidently and professionally with queries. This role also requires some line management experience to competently supervise two other members of the team.

Student Records Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Working confidently with other members of the team forming positive working relationships. This includes the ability to capably supervise others
  • Leading the delivery of student casework and records management to expertly deal with data input and management on SITs and other CRM (SalesForce) software
  • Ensuring compliance with School and Legal regulations and requirements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to Casework and Records team processes. Providing a good level of expertise on student records management
  • Other ad hoc duties as required to assist in a fast paced and busy work environment

Student Records Manager Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a Higher Education setting ideally within a Doctoral Training Entity
  • Proficient in IT skills. Excellent Microsoft365 skills (Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of Student Records Management systems – SITs and other CRM, SalesForce
  • Strong data management skills and core PhD management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to calmly manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
