Business Administration Services at Territorial Headquarters is responsible for providing professional secretarial support to department/unit heads and senior managers.

You will be part of a large team within a structure which provides opportunity for progression within the organisation.

  • Secretarial or administrative experience with proven experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong communication skills are essential
This is a permanent position currently based at our Headquarters currently at 101 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BN.

We're excited to be building a new headquarters at Denmark Hill SE5, that we expect to be ready from late summer 2023. Our new HQ will be a cost-effective, modern building designed to better support our local mission around the UK and Ireland and providing a welcoming and engaging environment for our staff and visitors.
