About the role


This role will suit a self-motivated and organised individual; who possesses excellent communication and influencing skills and is very customer focussed and positive.

You will be a positive, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude. Experience in a Telesales/Telemarketing role is
essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Achieving key performance objectives and sales targets.
  • Make contact calls each day to targeted new students to promote Online Business School.
  • Record all student contact on the CRM database.
  • Pass on any student feedback and/or issues to your team leader.
  • To be responsible for own development plan, identifying areas that could be strengthened and seeking solutions or methods to address those areas.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Customer focused.
  • Good communication skills and a good listener.
  • Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
  • Team player.
  • Computer literate: Word / Excel and conversant with CRM systems
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Good attendance and timekeeping.

Salary:
From £19,000.00 per year
