The selected candidate will have the exciting opportunity to provide expert UK immigration advice and manage various corporate clients. Your main responsibilities will involve handling UK corporate immigration applications, focusing on sponsor license management, as well as ILR, Business Visitor, Family Members, and EEA applications. As part of client service, you will also coordinate international instructions along with the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive advice to corporate clients on UK immigration matters
  • Manage your caseload efficiently and demonstrate expertise in client account management
  • Update case progress and documents regularly on the management tool
  • Work within a process-driven approach, adhering to KPIs and reporting key metrics to clients

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in UK corporate immigration
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independently conduct research
  • Outstanding customer and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in financial control of client accounts and time recording
  • Good IT-user skills
  • Committed to achieving team and individual objectives
