  • Fulbridge Social Care_ are currently recruiting dedicated support workers, across several residential services in the area.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Safeguard and support vulnerable young people, with an array of complex needs and possibly behaviours that may challenge.
  • Support with the execution of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and incident & accident reports.
  • Providing supreme social, emotional and physical support, which may include helping with household tasks and the encouragement of personal care.
  • Contributing to the effective implementation of individual programmes by supporting learning, independence, and experiences.
  • Managing wellbeing and behaviours.
  • Assisting with a range of mental health disorders, by providing support and help at all times.
  • Building professional relationships with children, all whilst providing high levels of care and support.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, family, and external health and social care professionals, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Initiative and problemsolving skills.
  • Have the ability to adapt your supporting techniques to everybody as individuals.
  • Emotional resilience.
  • High levels of professionalism and a nonjudgemental attitude.
  • Empathy, compassion and understanding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable due to commuting to different services.

You must be over the age of 21yrs to be considered for this position.

What We Can Offer You:

- £9.50 per hour
  • Increasing to £10.50 per hour, upon 500 hour probation period completed.
- £12 per hour for bank holidays.
- £35 per sleep.
