    Private Client Conveyancing Team offers a highly professional conveyancing service designed to make the process of buying or selling property as efficient and stressfree for their clients.
Shoosmiths remains the largest firm of conveyancing solicitors accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

The conveyancing service provided by our Private Client Practice maintains the same high standards corporate clients have come to expect of Shoosmiths and is consistently commended in national consumer service awards.


  • The roleThe role will include telephoning clients, data input, attention to detail and general admin for the conveyancing department and is holiday cover for the Summer.
  • Main responsibilitiesAs a Conveyancing Assistant your remit will include providing excellent client care and service,
    answering incoming calls and dealing with enquires, sales updates and taking messages where required. As such, you will need excellent communication skills along with a customer service background.


Skills and qualifications
  • Previous administration/customer service experience, ideally within an office environment.
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and client care skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
