We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to oversee the final phases of our construction projects. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors in the finishing phase.
Ensure all finishing work, including plastering, painting, flooring, and fixtures installation, meets quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project managers to resolve any issues promptly.
Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of the project.
Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of building processes, especially in finishes.
CSCS Card and relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS).
