Rate - £450 a day
Duration - 3 Months +
Location - London
Ir3- Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
Main activities responsibilities:
- To manage, lead, motivate and develop the systems Infrastructure team in accordance with our clients policies and procedures.
- To supervise and participate in the delivery of a helpful, responsive and courteous service to all staff and stakeholders by the Systems Infrastructure team and to work in cooperation with all sections of IT in delivering excellent customer service.
- To supervise the IT Systems Infrastructure team ensuring that incidents and service requests related to Systems Infrastructure Engineering are appropriately logged with relevant, clear and accurate diagnostic information and resolved/completed in accordancewith agreed service targets.
- To ensure that all IT changes related to the scope of the role are logged, approved and implemented in accordance with the IT Change Management policy and process.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Educated to degree level or relevant technical certification.
- ITIL V2/V3 Foundation Certificate essential, ITIL Intermediate Certification preferred.
- Indepth experience in the daytoday management and leadership of a diverse team of service support staff, including staff performance management and development, and motivation of staff to deliver professional, high quality, and customer focused services.
- Excellent organisational and delegation skills with ability to use own initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
