We are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Systems administrator based at Endeavour House, Ipswich as part of the ESR Team within Human Resources.

This is a role which can offer flexible working arrangements for home and office-based working.

We would happily support someone wishing to work in this role as a secondment from within the NHS.


ESR is the system the HR team use to manage all the people centred aspects of someone employment with us.

This includes hiring new starters, reporting supervision, appraisals and mandatory training and recording personal employment data.


The ESR team is looking for a resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated administrator to support the use of ESR across the Trust by providing support to the people who use the system.


Main duties of the job:


Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of system processes and queries and/or NHS terms and conditions however we recognise that these are niche skills so we are open to consider transferable skills which would suit this role such as being organised, methodical and proactive.
