Duties

  • To meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets as set by the Line Manager
  • To make effective use of appropriate resources to ensure commerciality and value for money
  • To ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation and/or provider guidance
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes across all training and development activities.
  • Work in accordance within the limits and parameters set out in EPS values, behaviours, health and safety and disciplinary policies and procedures set by the Managing Director.
  • Complete other duties that support all business departments

Qualifications and Experience_

  • A relevant training qualification e.g. Award in Education and Training, IQA
  • Experience of using technologies, platforms, programmes, and software for training and enabling purposes.
  • An interest in using technology to eliminate or reduce barriers to learning.
  • An understanding of how to promote development opportunities to potential learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to equal opportunities principles and practice.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft office and other beneficial software
