Artsy is looking for a Trust and Safety Associate or Senior Associate to be part of the team in London, ensuring the marketplace's credibility. This role involves managing post-sale disputes, investigating suspicious incidents, and enforcing safety policies.

This is a full-time hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve post-sale disputes related to authenticity and damage claims
  • Conduct KYC and AML checks for users
  • Monitor transactions for potential fraud
  • Collaborate on Trust and Safety policy development
  • Address security issues and unauthorized activities
  • Drive Trust and Safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, Operations, or Trust and Safety
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills
  • Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

For Senior Associate role, additional qualifications include:

  • 2-4 years of experience in risk management or dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in investigative techniques and policy compliance
  • Knowledge of internet security and art market practices
