We are looking for a handyman/woman for a serviced office building.

You will be self-employed and working whenever required. This is a part time role and working hours are Monday - Friday and during operating hours (7:30-17:00).

Such duties will include:

  • Painting offices (Paint will be provided)
  • Moving Floor boxes
  • Unblock sinks/toilets/dishwashers (when required)
  • Clean blinds
  • Vax carpets in communal areas, corridors and offices
  • General car park maintenance
  • Emptying cigarette bin
  • Upkeeping the tidiness of outside bin area
  • Move furniture such as cupboards, bookcases, desks etc. (A skate will be provided to assist)
  • Erecting whiteboards, Pictures and other items on walls
  • General repairs (such as doors and door handles, changing locks, erecting furniture etc.)
  • Descaling hot water machines.
On-site parking will be provided.

Salary:
£15.00 p/h (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
