Handy Man

We are looking for a handyman/woman for a serviced office building.

You will be self-employed and working whenever required. This is a part time role and working hours are Monday - Friday and during operating hours (7:30-17:00).

Such duties will include:

- Painting offices (Paint will be provided)
- Moving Floor boxes
- Unblock sinks/toilets/dishwashers (when required)
- Clean blinds
- Vax carpets in communal areas, corridors and offices
- General car park maintenance
- Emptying cigarette bin
- Upkeeping the tidiness of outside bin area
- Move furniture - such as cupboards, bookcases, desks etc. (A skate will be provided to assist)
- Erecting whiteboards, Pictures and other items on walls
- General repairs (such as doors and door handles, changing locks, erecting furniture etc.)
- De-scaling hot water machines.

On-site parking will be provided.

**Salary**: £15.00 p/h (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
