Key responsibilities

• Crafting and serving outstanding coffee to consistently high standards.
• Driving standards and developing the coffee offering.
• Leading, training and mentoring other baristas.
• Assisting the manager with the daytoday running of the cafe and deli.
• Looking after guests with attentive service and warm hospitality.
• Taking orders, serving to table, and processing transactions.
• Maximising and initiating opportunities for sales.
• Maintenance and care of the coffee equipment.
• Health and safety compliance, and general housekeeping.
• Passionate about speciality coffee, with a natural flair for hospitality.
• Warm and welcoming, with a proven talent for attentive service.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and quality driven.
• Positive and professional, with a strong work ethic.
• Calm, efficient, and customer focused.
• A team player, with a flexible and 'can do' attitude.
• Sound working knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Available to work five days out of seven, including weekends.
