YOUR ROLE


We are now looking for a Line Leader to set the standards for production and operational activities in our Despatch Team.

As Line Leader, you will lead and develop your team, remodel production activities towards world-class performance and make continuous improvement standard practice.

You will inspire team members towards hitting their targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Understand and manage SQDIP Board daily- Communicate with your team the daily results- Encourage good practice amongst your team- Follow all company policies and procedures- Maintaining quality checks- Work within the specified budgets covering headcount, overtime, absence and holidays- Ensure delivery targets are met and maintained OTIF- Work closely with Value Stream Leaders and Value Stream Managers to control costs- Be available for stock taking and ensure correct recording of stock levels are carried out daily

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES- We are looking for someone who understands a 'SAFETY FIRST' culture and is able to achieve safety and quality standards- Previous experience of organising, leading and training others- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable however not essential- IT skills
