We are collaborating with a well-known and respected law firm, currently in search of a highly motivated and skilled Technology, Digital, Data and IP Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance on Tech/Digital and IP aspects within M&A, disposals, and joint ventures
  • Offering advice on trade mark licensing, distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, and franchising deals
  • Handling a variety of intellectual property disputes and legal actions, such as patent cases, trade mark disputes, copyright issues, and breach of confidence claims
  • Advising on a wide array of sourcing agreements - from technology outsourcings to regulation of emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and smart contracts
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in technology, digital media, and/or intellectual property law
  • Strong academic background and qualified to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape concerning technology, digital media, and data protection
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and legal developments
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
