We are seeking a skilled UK qualified IP Litigation Solicitor with a proven track record of handling patent litigations at a Senior Associate level to join our dynamic and expanding legal team.

The ideal candidate will become part of our dynamic team, consisting of 10 expert IP solicitors and over 80 attorneys, paralegals, and trainees based in our offices across the UK (Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, and London) and Munich.

The workload from our current clients is on the rise, and the selected candidate can anticipate engaging in high-profile and pioneering projects within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Ideally you will be:
  • 7-10 years post qualified
  • Real experience in IP litigation - particularly focused on patents
  • Business-oriented, self-driven, and dedicated to clients
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities with keen attention to detail
  • A team player with the capability to lead junior team members
  • Experience in non-contentious IP would be advantageous (though not required)
  • Intellectually sound with relevant experience in private practice or in-house
