Role Summary:
The main objective of this role is to boost platform usage among current users, raise awareness of new features, and certainly drive sales to new practices.
We're looking for a creative and sociable Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content creation strategy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, collaborating with people, and diving deep into tasks. You'll oversee a portion of our KPIs, devising and crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience, such as case studies and video testimonials, and ensuring our brand stands out at industry events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy encompassing graphics and copy for email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, case studies, and video content, showcasing the impact of our products on vet practices and the animals they serve.
- Client Engagement: Actively interact with existing clients to gather insights, stories, and testimonials. This involves conducting interviews and filming client testimonials, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and a tactful client relationship approach.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content highlights our product, addressing users' needs and pain points.
- Event Management: Enhance the impact of existing events and organize more of our events.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to evaluate content and event effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance future strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience & Skills: Proven experience in KPI-driven content planning and execution, with the ability to create engaging content and run successful email campaigns. Strong graphic design, writing, editing, and communication abilities are crucial. Experience in video production and editing is a plus.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and conducting interviews.
- Creativity & Initiative: Innovative thinker with a flair for storytelling and generating fresh ideas. Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Adaptability: Flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Willing to adapt strategies swiftly and confront challenges directly.
