SKILLS

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Friendly, professional, helpful and customerservice oriented.
  • Have a
    high level of spoken and written English
  • Strong admin skills, including data entry and organisation.
  • Ability to work within a team or on own initiative in a fastpaced environment with limited margin for error
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency
  • Exhibit an eagerness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualifying new customer enquiries
  • Answering incoming calls in a polite and helpful way
  • Communicate our range of services accurately, guiding the lead accordingly and routing the enquiry in the most appropriate way
  • Book consultations
  • Communicate across teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately
  • Documenting every contact with clients
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
