We are looking to recruit a practical skills trainer to grow our in-house training school, to develop our current Employees/Apprentices and bring new people into the business.


The Role*- This role would instrumental in supporting and developing the skills of our people as well as developing our Engineering Academy.


  • Full time or Part Time applicants would be considered
  • Employed skills trainer to assist with the administration and delivery of practical electrical/mechanical 'hands on' training.
  • Knowledge of construction/water industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Teaching experience would be a great benefit as practical skills can be taught by us
