Line Trainer

Owen Mumford are looking to hire a part time Line Trainer, could this be your next role?

**Scope**:
To work across Moulding covering all process training to include Environmental, Health & Safety, Policies, Procedures and QMS2 SOP’s. To ensure all our associates are trained or are in training to complete their tasks in line with company SOP’s.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for keeping all training records live and up to date on their specific Line of responsibility.
- To participate in H&S reviews of Risk Assessments & COSHH Risk Assessments annually.
- To integrate new associates into the business
- To co-ordinate on the job training in line with process and best practice.
- Hold regular feedback meetings with Department Lead to assess progress/challenges and confirm associate training requirements versus plan.
- Continuous walk through of Moulding areas & feedback live findings to the Associates and Shift Lead. Confirm all associates on line are trained or are in training with a live training record.** **

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Training experience within a regulated industry
- Experience within a regulated industry is preferred
- Effective team player, equally able to work on their own
- Highly self-motivated/self starter/resilient
- Strong communication skills
