Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor at Manufacturing Company

Swift Temps is excited to partner with a manufacturing client in Ilkley looking for a proactive Production Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production teams to achieve targets and quality standards.
  • Prioritize job orders in alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement production schedules for resource allocation and on-time order completion.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement best practices for improved processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for machinery performance.
  • Mentor and motivate production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement for materials.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
