Role Title : Vice President, Digital Transformation (AI)

Employment Type : Permanent

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to shape AI and customer experience (CX) opportunities, driving AI and data-driven transformation in CX and digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop and execute digital CX and AI strategies for specific industry segments.
  • Lead the identification, progression, and closure of opportunities for comprehensive customer value chain transformations.
  • Design CX solutions and roadmaps, implementing them across key CX capabilities, including customer experience design, journey mapping, and integrating conversational AI into workflows.
  • Supervise solution architecture, emphasising features, functionalities, and their impact on CX workflows, along with technical architecture aspects such as data flow, technology integration, scalability, and security.
  • Hold strongexpertise in CCaaS solutions.
  • Execute CX consulting projects, encompassing blueprinting and assessments.
  • Develop and articulate a clear, compelling digital CX strategy for clients in targeted industries.
  • Oversee the P&L for CX transformation initiatives within specific industry or service lines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of proven track record in leading CX transformation and driving P&L of digital teams.
  • Significant industry/domain experience in Financial Services, and Insurance.
  • Expertise in customer experience design and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience in conversational AI implementation.
  • Proficiency in solution architecture (features, functionalities, impact on CX workflow) and technical architecture (data flow, technology integration, scalability, security).
  • Strong expertise in one or more CCaaS solutions.
  • Experience leading large technology-led organisational change initiatives.
  • Proven leadership of teams with diverse skills, including solution architects, delivery leaders, technical architects, automation and analytics SMEs, and developers.
  • Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
