Purchase Ledger Clerk

Salary:
£22000 pa (pro rota' d for 3 days per week)

Working hours:
Monday, Friday and one other day in the week. 8.30am / 4.30pm

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
***One of our existing clients in the ST4 area, Stoke on Trent is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team on a part time basis.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Input of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts and monthly statements
  • Prepare BACS supplier payments each month and send remittances
  • Sales ledger returns and raising purchase invoices
  • Input of company credit card statements
