SaferHandCare are looking for motivated individuals to provide 121 care to children.
Role
You will provide advice, assistance and support to young people, safeguarding their welfare at all times. Ensuring that the practical, physical and emotional needs are met at all times.
You would work within a team to achieve the aims and objectives of the home. Attending young people's meeting and contributing accordingly.
Your role as a Team Leader is to encourage our children and young people towards a brighter future. Supporting young people to thrive both within personal relationships and the wider society that they live.
You will be working together with the Deputy Manager to ensure that the team work proactively within the daily routine.
To build relationship with external agencies and ensure all aspects of legislation are met.
Essential:
- Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to undertake training.
- Full UK driving licence or working towards gaining full driving licence.
- Diploma level 3.
Desired:
- Experience of working in caring environment with young people.
- Experience of working with mental health serviceusers.
