**Salary**:£10.90 - £14.00

**Peak are looking for**:
We are looking for experienced and training Instructor to join our fun and enthusiastic team.

Team members have a passion for the outdoors and will be responsible for leading and delivering activities for people of all ages and abilities.

The role involves planning and delivering of EPIC activities, including but not limited to; canoeing, kayaking, raft building, archery and climbing.

You will be expected to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner linked to educational outcomes.

You will need to bean excellent communicator and people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.

**Pay & Remuneration**:
The role pays RLW at the prevailing rate plus a range of increments dependent on qualifications and experience.

**Working Hours**:
Due to the variation of our activities and changing customer requirements our working day is of a flexible nature. Working days are normally approximately 8 hours and include weekend and bank holiday working as agreed with the Centre Manager. However, it is reasonable to expect a seasonal variation in working hours, e.g. longer days in the summer months, shorter days in winter months.

**Safeguarding**:
Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check with child and adult barred checklists included - if you do not have one, this can be instigated for you.
