Responsibilities

Unlocking the insight potential of our data by championing a step change in data fluency and confidence within our organisation Coaching role: listening, understanding, guiding, developing, advising, mentoring, and collaborating. Assessing needs, planning and delivering a data and analytics development path for our business line Be the 'go-to' person for data-related questions and connect people to subject matter experts when needed. Creating/adapting, maintaining and delivering engaging content for our stakeholders Analytics topics may include general data literacy, training material for specific dashboards, analytics tools, or frameworks to help key users apply data driven principles to hypothesis testing and experimentation.

Requirements

Analytics skills and experience Possess extensive experience in data analysis, for example in statistical modelling, data mining techniques, business intelligence, product analytics or marketing analytics Coaching/presentation or Learning and Development experience in data or analytics Have an excellent sense of mature judgement, great organizational, prioritization skills, be pro-active and action biased Able to work independently and be resilient to overcoming obstacles Have knowledge of peer-review and the academic publishing process
