We are currently looking for a Head of Rewards and Employee Incentives UK & Europe for Watches of Switzerland Group PLC, with more than 2800 employees and covering ever-growing international expansion, our total rewards proposition is key to our people strategy.

This is a newly created role which reports into the Executive Director of HR and will be a core member of our leadership team.


This position is a pivotal hire for Watches of Switzerland Group and we are seeking a commercial and creative reward lead with a strong organisational presence to take the lead on this journey.


We have ambitious plans to continue our growth journey, making this an exciting opportunity to join a business at a critical time in our international evolution.


About You

  • Significant experience advising on remuneration committee matters and policy in a PLC
  • Experience in design and administration of exec rewards such as LTIP and share holdings
  • Experience of working in an inhouse reward team in large, complex, preferably multinational, organisations. Experience of US, European markets (including UK) and reward practices essential
  • Experience of managing compensation and benefits arrangements in multisite, customerfocussed companies internationally; ideally having designed incentive schemes in different structures, with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Designed and implemented a performance related pay framework and led the change management and transition
  • Towers Watson/ Korn Ferry or Hay Group model job framework experience
  • Experience at evaluating roles and creating side by sides for pay proposals
  • A level of gravitas and commerciality, confidently able to influence at all levels to drive change and forge strong, positive working relationships in region and across the business.
  • Experience of coordinating suppliers and consultancy firms on rewards related topics
