Brook Street is excited to be collaborating with a prominent commercial law firm based in Belfast, offering a thrilling opportunity for an HR Manager to join their dynamic and well-established team, which prides itself on providing a supportive and forward-thinking work environment.
Location:
Belfast
Duration:
Full-time, Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes.
- Implement and enhance the HR system company-wide.
- Provide assistance to team members on HR matters.
- Develop training programs for line managers and staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for enhancement.
- Create and execute a comprehensive HR Strategy.
- Work with HR associates and team members on key projects.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification and CIPD membership.
- Minimum 3 years' HR experience in professional services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' HR experience in a professional services setting.
- CIPD Level 7 certification.
- Prior HR experience in a legal environment.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and administrative skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
