About the Position

As an Enterprise Architect at Moniepoint GB, your role is crucial in aligning our architecture with business objectives. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing enterprise-wide systems and infrastructure to support scalability, security, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams
  • Maintain and update architectural documents
  • Make architectural decisions aligned with the product's strategic direction
  • Ensure code quality and efficiency through reviews
  • Implement applications following best practices
  • Ensure product stability and reliability
  • Establish processes to enhance developer productivity
  • Participate in engineering hiring processes
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Software Architect or Lead Software Engineer
  • Proficiency in Java Programming Language
  • Strong knowledge of software and application design
  • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design
  • Familiarity with UML and other modeling methods
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
