About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at SSP Group. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in driving forward our digital transformation strategy and helping us unlock value through delivering great digital and technology solutions.

As a key member of our architecture community, you will be responsible for creating and managing our digital and technology principles, architecture reference models, and end-to-end architecture content. You will also help create and manage a set of architecture tools and frameworks, including templates, blueprints, patterns, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and technology landscape
  • Drive the development of our enterprise architecture plan, aligning to our digital and technology strategy
  • Own and manage our digital and technology principles, architecture reference models, and end-to-end architecture content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and support key design decisions
  • Coach and mentor solution architects to support embedding a high-performing architecture team
  • Introduce and maintain architecture governance across our digital and technology function

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solutions Architect
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise architecture/solution architecture at enterprise scale
  • Experience working with agile teams
