Working closely with the VP of sales and marketing , you will be responsible for identifying high growth markets and creating high performing marketing campaigns to maximise ROI targets.
You will lead the strategy and be given the reins to create new business opportunities as well as managing exciting customers such as Sephora.
Requirements:
International sales experience managing distributors in FMCG ideally cosmetics or personal care - SEPHORA experience is essential.nP&L and JBP ownership experience.nStrong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skills.nStructured and analytical, comfortable working with data.nMemorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.nYou are able to utilize data to create compelling commercial arguments.nEntrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities.
