Tradewind is working with a high achieving and inclusive Secondary School located in Brent who are keen to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant ASAP or for a January 2023 start.


Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Brent, North West London

Immediate or January start till the end of the academic year

Salary based on skills and experience but minimum of £80 per day

Varied role with loads of on-the-job training working alongside a talented SENCO


This exciting opportunity will see you working within a dedicated inclusion team to support the individual needs of students with mild Special Educational Needs or who are facing challenges to their education, through Education Health and Care Plans, specialistintervention and working with a team view to overcome barriers.

This position would particularly suit an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a stimulating and rewarding opportunity, or a recent Graduate who is eager to gain valuable experience in a Secondary School

Person requirements:

  • A strong passion for education and helping young people to overcome barriers
  • Prior experience working with SEN ideal but not essential as continuous training is provided
  • Desire to work in a varied role, supporting multiple students and working alongside the schools SENCO
  • This is a rare opportunity to join a truly impressive school and have a major impact while learning loads
