This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business needs and challenges.
Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
User Story Creation and Management:
Develop comprehensive user stories that capture the functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and concise.
Prioritize user stories in the product backlog in alignment with business goals and project timelines.
Solution Delivery with D365:
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of user stories in D365.Provide guidance and support during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
Validate solutions against user stories to ensure business requirements are met.Stakeholder Communication and Management:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate regular communication to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Recommend and implement process improvements leveraging D365 capabilities.
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified.
Up to £450 a day
