Salary:
Circa £35k

Hours of work:
Full time (5 days a week or condensed 4-day week) or part-time (4-days per week). Monday - Friday, Hybrid working available with minimum 1 day in the office.

Kameo Recruitment is searching for a Membership and Engagement Manager to join a fantastic charitable organisation based in Cambridge, with the goal of growing their business presence in higher education by providing excellent service to clients worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Membership and Engagement Manager:

  • Develop and implement the vitae annual programme, which includes events, consultations, and other activities designed to engage stakeholders in the professional and career development of researchers, such as policymakers, researcher development practitioners,senior leaders, and researchers.
  • Create project proposals, define project tasks, and oversee internal and external resources.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, as well as track project deliverables and projectlevel budgets, as needed.
  • Write engaging communications and develop marketing campaigns to engage customers in collaboration with colleagues in communications and marketing.
  • Account administration and management, including the use of a CRM database.
  • Development and delivery of new member inductions.
  • Overseeing the annual membership renewal process
  • Collaborate on the development of processes to support business development and strategic decisionmaking.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and gathering of business intelligence; create briefings and summary reports for internal communication.
  • Create and facilitate community engagement initiatives with external stakeholder groups through meetings, physical and online events, content coproduction, and network development.
  • Monitor and report on progress to stakeholders.
