Estate Agent.

Location:
Based at our offices in Colchester Essex.

Rewards:
Basic Salary up-to 30K D.O.E, plus commission bonuses and Benefits, realistically achievable OTE of 34K.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00AM 6PM
(Plus 1 Saturday in 6 required.)

Estate Agent or Legal based property professional and love working in property but maybe you are feeling the grind of being tied to a high street Estate Agency branch or a solicitors office?


Maybe youre working as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator a Valuations Executive or maybe your currently a Sales Progressor or maybe you work in conveyancing for a legal practice, whichever specialism you have we would like to hear from you.

We now have a number of new roles for property professionals who would be responsible for administrating and managing the sale of a high volume of part exchange properties for our Housebuilder clients, ensuring all agreed sales end in a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion.
