One of the world's leading engineering companies which helps customers to use electrical power effectively and to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way; provides value-added solutions in robotics, machine and factory automation and has around20 locations in UK.
Description
Contact customers to facilitate renewal of service level agreements.
Manage Service Agreement renewal process.
Update CRM tool on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Work with sales team to support customer enquiries.
Process orders using SAP and Salesforce.
Ability to use existing systems to schedule renewals.
Produce quotations and provide pricing support based on customer requests.
Allocate sales leads using Salesforce platform.
Ability to discuss the features and benefits of wider ABB service offering and solutions.
Profile
Understanding of SAP and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of business administration.
Customer focused.
Computer literate.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Well organized and attention to detail.
Good communication and listening skills.
Team player who can build strong working relationships.
Experience within Automation industry (Desirable)
Sales or customer service background (Desirable)
Previous experience with Salesforce (Desirable)
