We are looking for a Head of Sales.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and motivate the full Business Development team in effectively identifying, targeting and managing new business to maximise opportunities to meet sales growth targets
  • Actively contribute to the creation of strategic sales plans and building and developing enduring customer relationships.
  • Manage the performance of the sales team; goal setting, monitoring and review, including contribution to the design and implementation of a meaningful performancebased incentive programme
  • Be responsible for the collation, evaluation, and accurate reporting of sales revenue data
  • Postaward and internal governance to create the best value solution for all parties with long term relationship potential

You will ideally have:

  • The ability to manage requirements to match and exceed expectations
  • Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Senior BDM or similar in a related industry
  • Experience of leading and developing a work winning team
  • Experience of successfully developing new business pipeline, account management, meeting, and surpassing sales targets
