In its bid to champion Indian classical music, Darbar has helped shape the landscape of South Asian classical arts in the UK.

Founded in 2006, Darbar believes in the power of this music to stir, thrill and inspire global audiences.

We do this by:

  • Producing live events: including Darbar Festival in London and in Leicester our Darbar Culture Festival and an allyearround events programme with cultural partners.
  • Reaching global audiences through digital platforms: We produce TV programmes for Sky Arts television, reach subscribers through the Darbar Player APP and offer free content on our YouTube and social media channels.
  • Education lies at the heart of our work and the Darbar Academy is our platform to teach online classes to a global audience and develop courses for UK schools.

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by overseeing a range of administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, office management, and providing support to the team.

You will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, managing financial records, and fostering a productive work environment. You will work closely with the different project heads, artistic director and head of programmes and partnerships.
