Concept Resourcing is delighted to be partnering a long-term client once again, as they look to strengthen their Human Resources team.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this Senior HR Advisor role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service throughout the employment life cycle.

This role requires regular travel to other office locations.

You will be expected to provide accurateHR advice and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple HR disciplines and review and update HR processes.


  • Employee Relations: managing complex employee relations issues, providing HR advice on disciplinaries and grievances, improving work relationships, and advising stakeholders on HR matters.
  • Recruitment: managing all stages of recruitment, from administering recruitment campaigns to participating in interviews, while ensuring HR department compliance.
  • On-Boarding, Induction & Probation: managing all stages of these processes, from preparation of new hire documentation to conducting firstday inductions and quarterly inductions.
  • New Joiners / Changes / Leaver: managing all aspects of changes, promotions, and departures, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring feedback is acted upon.
  • Learning & Development: responsible for the design and management of the annual learning and development plan and evaluating its impact.
  • Performance and Reward: managing talent management, succession planning, and retention, and advising on performance management.
  • HR

Service Delivery:
communicating with senior stakeholders, producing reports, and implementing HR objectives.

  • HR

Database Maintenance:
auditing HR database to ensure accuracy of employee data.

  • Compliance: acting as the point of contact for GDPR and ISO27001 compliance within the HR department.
  • Adhoc Activities: reviewing processes, drafting letters, assisting with tender responses, maintaining employee files, coordinating risk assessments, and other duties as required.
The salary on offer will be up to £38,000 plus a host of excellent benefits.
