We will count on you to:

  • Project manage, lead and deliver the client servicing for clients and their management liability renewals (D&O, EPL, Crime, PTL, POSI).
  • Opportunity to manage your own book of clients whilst assisting on larger and complex clients.
  • Prepare prerenewal reports and proposed strategy against a specific timeline and other prerenewal material for client strategy meetings, including but not limited to: prerenewal invite and strategy Agenda, MML Report and analysis of local policies requirements, collection of UW info / forms and preparation for insurers, collection and agreement of tax data for insurers etc.
  • Participate in and support the sales strategy for managed accounts (leveraging an indepth understanding of client needs, market trends and internal product or service offerings) as well as new business developments efforts.
  • Prepare and forward policy summaries and D&O handbooks at client's requests.
  • Project manage invoicing workflow and check quality of policies and invoices documentation before they are forwarded to clients.
  • Actively engage in knowledge sharing with the team on clients, market, documentation or other topics.
  • Actively engage and nourish relationships and professional networks with the client organisation.
  • Support the placement colleagues in technical coverage and language negotiations, where required.

What you need to have:

  • Commercial Insurance experience with some exposure to Management Liability such as D&O, EPL, Crime, PTL and POSI.
  • Client Engagement.
  • Relationship building.
  • Presentation & negotiation skills.
