ASFD and McMullen are part of the established JRL Group, providing integrated construction solutions and delivering complex real estate projects.


This is a full time permanent role based in our Moira Office. Hours of work Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

Your Role:

  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Support the development of document management procedures and their implementation.
  • Manage the documentation flow between the design team and other stakeholders.
  • Track keeping of project documents and reporting of delays.
  • Controlling of documents to ensure compliance with internal and Client policies.
  • Team training focused on document numbering and using templates.
  • Prepare and issue material samples.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process of new joiners.
  • Supporting the Executive senior management
  • Collaborate with an international document management team.

Your Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or managing documents.
  • Interest in quality management.
  • Quick learner, proactive and organised professional with a high attention to details.
  • Team player with ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with a customeroriented attitude.
  • Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite.
