As a Document Controller: You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient administration of our electronic Document Management System. You will support all life cycle changes to operational/projects documentation and drawings; from bulk uploads, to document creation, to review, to issue, to archiving. Support the team in regard to relative document queries, searching and retrieval. Recording & maintaining accurate up to date information. Maintenance of project trackers. Generating reports. Compiling the required information to enable you to complete the necessary project documentation such as template forms, reports etc. Providing secretarial support such as minute taking at high level confidential project meetings. To succeed in this this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years previous document management experience. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite A hand-on and proactive approach. To be capable of maintaining attention to detail in your work. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience of working within a similar industry.
