GIMO boasts a diverse team specializing in Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development, and Customer Service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Digital Acquisition to develop and implement the Affiliate program and strategy for designated markets.
  • Execute the affiliate strategy by efficiently managing current affiliates.
  • Establish strategic partnerships fostering successful business models for brand partners.
  • Analyze market opportunities to define targets and goals.
  • Manage pipeline information and partner relationships to identify future trends and new business opportunities.
  • Present insights to management on business trends for partnership development.
  • Create a testing roadmap for key relationships to optimize activities.
  • Develop a twelve-month affiliate outreach strategy to enhance acquisition and retention.
  • Recruit targeted affiliates and influencers aligned with brand values.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, measurement, and communication of channel performance.
  • Forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners.
  • Manage budget and ensure ROI and sales targets are achieved through affiliates and partnerships.
  • Nurture affiliate partners and expand revenue from new 3rd party partnerships.
  • Analyze affiliate performance, industry trends, and competitor propositions for channel effectiveness.
  • Verify correct tagging, tracking, and reporting of all affiliate traffic.
  • Provide regular reports to affiliate partners on progress and activity.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the affiliate channel.
  • Continuously improve the channel through a test and learn approach.
  • Collaborate with creative and acquisition teams to develop and deploy affiliate marketing material and promotions.

Person Specification:

  • Prior affiliation experience in a gambling company is essential.
  • Negotiation skills, time management, and performance-driven attributes are crucial for this role.
