VIP Lead


The VIP Lead is responsible for the sale of INEOS vehicles and accessories by identifying leads and educating prospect customers on our products via calls, test drives, and presentations.

In this newly created position the individual will maintain and nurture existing relationships, providing exceptional support to both external clients and internal Ineos VIP's/stakeholders.

This role works closely with the VIP Manager and Partnerships team to maintain and develop relationships with affiliates and brand partners.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure that high profile client requirements always remain a key focus
  • Build strong relationships with key VIPS to create brand commitment and loyalty
  • Liaise with VIP Manager to fulfil requests
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining sufficient pipeline stock, in line with market demand
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a welldeveloped pipeline of prospects
  • Assist in the management, movement and renewal of the VIP fleet

What we are looking for:

  • Sales experience, Automotive or premium/luxury brands preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • International experience with working with VIP and HNW individuals
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license
  • Able to travel UK/EU wide frequently (expected at least 50% travel)
