We are seeking experienced professionals to manage Insurance Claims for our Haulage and Motor Trade clients.
This role focuses on customer satisfaction, utilizing your expertise in Claims Handling to deliver a top-notch service from initial notification to settlement.
You will prioritize customers, applying KYC and TCF methods, managing claims in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Join a welcoming, vibrant team with plenty of chances to engage in exciting projects.
Responsibilities:- Manage Commercial Claims, meeting or exceeding service standards
- Maintain an efficient diary system for all claims and follow-up when necessary
- Develop and deepen knowledge of Acturis
- Provide claims information and reports to the broking department and clients as needed
- Handle complex claims following group procedures
- Acknowledge new claims to clients and insurers, ensuring communication and best outcomes
- Produce claims MI/reports when requested
- Participate in client meetings and present claims information as necessary
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
- Manage personal CPD, keeping skills and knowledge current
- Demonstrable Claims Handling experience in Motor, Property, or Commercial classes, with strong commercial acumen
- Customer service enthusiast, adept in TCF and KYC methodologies
- Knowledge of Acturis system (preferable but not essential), proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Cert CII or willingness to pursue this qualification
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude, adept problem solver, multitasker, with keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
